Bay Area Warriors alum Mitch Delfino will be playing March 11-13 at AT&T park home of the World Champion San Francisco Giants.
The University of California baseball program will be hosting the first-ever Cal Baseball Classic this March 11-13 at AT&T Park in San Francisco. The tournament, presented by Safeway, will be a round robin format and feature nine games over the three days. A portion of the proceeds from this tournament will go towards the Golden Bears’ baseball program.
Cal will host the following five teams at the Cal Baseball Classic – Long Beach State, Louisiana-Lafayette, Rice, UC Santa Barbara and the University of San Francisco.
Daily tickets are $13 for adults, $6 for kids and students and available at www.sfgiants.com/cal Cal Baseball Classic Ticket Information. The tickets will be good for all three games each day at the home field of the 2010 World Champion San Francisco Giants. Three day tournament passes are also available for $30, with a portion of all proceeds benefiting the Cal Baseball fundraising effort.
